Die-cutting takes place on 6 large format plus one medium format production lines.
All die-cutting lines are equipped with a waste extraction and blanking station.
Anti-mixing systems are used in each processing phase.
Jobs are carried out with hot gold or silver leaves.

All the machines are integrated in a centralised real time ERP monitoring and piloting system at the Magenta site which communicates with the systems and receives their feedback in order to acquire the information necessary for traceability of all the elements according to the BRC standard.
