spread over 10.500 sqm; 10.200 sqm for production, stores
& logistics and 300 sqm for offices and administrative
services.

AND ARTWORK:
Basis for the quality of the delivered products, in this step
samplings are realized by customer commitment. Through a special
Computerized Aided Design for packaging industry, approved
data are sent online to manufacturers for laser-realization
of die-cuts tooling and to pre-press and plate-setting department.
GRAPHIC PLANNING:
On receipt of the approval, graphic files are sent to the
offset division for the execution of the painting system or
of the CTP plate. New technologies allow to operate with greater
quickness and in the respect of the qualitative norms.

COMPANY DATABASE:
From the issue of the order confirmation to the management
of the order, the relative data are memorized in a database,
part of the business informative system. The production
data, fed by machines to the database, allow to know in
every moment the position of an order in progress, for its
delivery in agreed times.
QUALITY INSURANCE:
The company database is also the fulcrum of insurance quality.
Manufacturing data are constantly crosschecked with noticed
data by materials delivered by suppliers. In this way it’s
very easy to trace production events and their correlation
to utilized materials.
This knowledge base of manufacturing events correlated to
utilized materials plus the meteorological conditions during
the converting, allow to go back to the strict liability
and causes of defectiveness.
